Shea is another top talent that hails from Florida. An active competitor on the Bud Surf Tour he made his jump onto the WCT for the first time in 1995. He is currently seeded at 13^th on the 1999 WCT (World Championship Tour). This goofy foot rider placed his highest ranking at 3^rd place last year at the Coke Surf Classic.
